The Penthouse

The Penthouse, established in Manchester in 2012, is an artist-led, queer contemporary art organisation who’s curatorial and research projects are focused on queer art, dyke tactics, radical practices, gender queer identity and raw art- exploring power at the margins.

They have explored these ideas via residences, workshops, talks and actions including curatorship of Bill Drummond’s Curfew Tower, Noise Above Noise sound art series, Might & Main residency and symposium.

The Penthouse joins East Street Arts as part of the Guild cohort.
