Rhianna Illube

She is Associate Director at Coney, a charity making all kinds of play – theatre, games, adventures – to spark change. Rhianna is an alumna of the Royal Court Writers Programme 2021 and a graduate from Goldsmiths’ MA in Writing for Performance and Dramaturgy. Her debut play was first presented in October 2021 through the Omnibus Theatre’s Engine Room program. Rhianna has produced several creative projects and events, including What’s Afghan Punk Rock, Anyway? (Berlin 2018), The Surrogacy Act (Being Human Festival 2021); It Shows Up In The Hair (UCL Festival of Intimacy 2020); 81 Minutes (LIFT Festival 2021) and Just Health, Just Sex (The Advocacy Academy 2021).
