Event date: 27 November
Event time: 10 am
The session is part of Guild Conversations a programme of workshops programmed by East Street Arts. The aim is to equip the artist-led sector with tools and resources by connecting them with artists and arts facilitators.
Mafwa Theatre is a community theatre company that brings refugees, asylum seekers, and settled communities together. Join us for a discussion about marginalised populations and how artists, organisations, and practitioners can support communities that are disproportionately impacted by Covid-19 to create art.
During the session, you will work collectively during the session to create a manifesto that focuses on the experiences of making art by, with, and for marginalised communities.
The workshop will take place Friday 27 November, 10 am – 12 pm.
