Unit 61, H1 is part of an open-plan shared studio, and will work well for messy practices as well as clean practices. It is a reasonably large space for an independent practitioner and is a light space, window-lit from opposite the entrance.

This is a large former Marks & Spencer store located in the Pyramids Shopping Centre with multiple entrances. It houses a range of different spaces, that could lend themselves to exhibitions, organisations and studio spaces.

3 Northumberland Square, Beacons Centre, North Shields
A former mixed-use retail and office space located in the Beacons Centre with a series of different rooms available to use. Most areas would are carpeted, so would be more appropriate for clean practices. The entrance is located behind a glass front looking out into the shopping centre, which could function as an exhibition space.
